It is a 28 X 76 4 bedroom, two bath with a sitting room. It has an open floor plan which includes a living room and den with duel fireplaces which are back to back. It has an open kitchen with built in seating and a small island. It is commonly called a Great Room style floor plan.

It has a sitting room which we will turn into a library/reading room off the master bedroom. One of the bedrooms will be used as an office and was fitted with a sliding glass door for easy access by clients. We included a skylight in the kitchen, master bath and 2nd bath for natural lighting. A sliding glass door provides access to the deck and back yard from the den. It has vaulted ceilings with clear story windows in the living room. A small formal dining room lies directly off the kitchen at one end of the large living room. Double doors mark the entrance to the sitting room and the private master quarters. A small utility room with just enough room for a washer and dryer allows an additional back door entrance which will serve as a mud room.

The siding is Desert Sand, the roof and trim green- We chose a green roof for its natural look and because it has a 30 year warrantee. All other colors have less of a warrantee.

This is the brick - London Ballast- You seldom get a true picture of what the brick will look like from the sample at the brick yard or the Manufactured housing sales lot. I would say that you pick out the brick you like the best and then be prepared to be surprised.
