These Feelings
by C.L. Bruun
These Feelings that I feel when you are near,
Like Butterflies all jumbled up in here.
I catch my breath and find it hard to breathe.
I'd run away but where, I can't conceive.
For at the thought I really start to quake,
Losing you would cause my heart to break.
To think that I would never know your touch,
Or feel your love, would likely be too much.
I fear I cannot ever let this be.
I must not let you slip away from me.
Please tell me all that you would have me do
to make you love me just as I love you.
