only between 5% and 15% absorbable because their positive electrical charge
makes them hard to break down in the body.

absorption dramatically to about 50%; still 50% is wasted.
ORGANIC COLLOIDAL ELEMENTS are nearly 100% absorbable. This is because they have already been processed-making them almost 100% useable at the cellular level.
