Tuna Fisherman's Tuna Recipe

Skin the fish and cut into steaks, (large chunked style)
Marinate in soy sauce or teriyaki for 24 hours
Stand on end in a big cooker with onions and garlic, and a little water. then steam for about 20 minutes

Fresh Tuna can also be canned and smoked and used just like regular tuna. The canning process dissolves the bones so they are virtually non existent.
