A & E's Ancient Mysteries airs Bigfoot Documentary

February 14, 1999 I sat down to watch A & E on Satellite. Ancient Mysteries, a program I watch occasionally, was about to come on. I was biding my time until the Fox network's, X-files came on. It was 7:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time. The subject of the documentary, Bigfoot. How lucky could I be to stumble upon this find.

Near the end the name of a small town in California caught my eye. It was Willow Creek, known as the "Gateway to Bigfoot". More sightings have been reported there than in any other place. In fact, they hold a Bigfoot Festival every year on Labor Day. Everyone turns out for the Bigfoot Days Parade and festivities.
