Oregon sighting update

An Update on the Bigfoot Sighting at Oregon Caves National Monument Park
(July 3, 2000)
Yesterday (July 2, 2000), I was contacted by two investigators from the
Bigfoot Research Organization (BFRO). They wanted to meet me at the
park on Monday and walk on the trail as I told them about the chain of
events. Although I was seriously hesitant to go back out there (i.e.,
still feeling very scared by what we experienced), I agreed to do so for
the purpose of validating the integrity of Rochelle's and my report.
This morning, Rochelle and the kids agreed to return to the park with me
to walk the trail with the two BFRO investigators and a park ranger who
shall remain unnamed.
We walked the trail and recounted the chain of events. I showed them
the place where Rochelle and the kids stopped on the trail and where I
pooped (for the lack of a better word) about 30 feet off the trail. I
showed them where I saw the Sasquatch walk between the two trees (from
left to right). In the area where I saw the Sasquatch was an animal
trail that paralleled the main trail that we were walking on. This is
most likely how the Sasquatch paralled us while we were walking along
the main trail. Along this trail, we found two possible partial
footprints and one more solid footprint. The damaged foliage appeared
to be two days old according to the ranger.
The BFRO investigators and the ranger were absolutely wonderful to my
wife, my children, and myself. The ranger even gave Rochelle and the
kids a free personal tour of the Oregon Caves while I did some
additional talking with the BFRO investigators. One of them had
conducted approximately 18 investigations thus far and told me that this
was the most credible sighting he's aware of. Afterwards, Rochelle and
I told our story via a videotaped interview with the BFRO investigators.
To the majority of you out there, thanks so very much for supporting us
and believing us. This really did happen. There‚s no punch line. For
those of you out there who know that I have a sense of humor and that I
love to clown around, THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!! This really happened!!!
Call and talk with Rochelle if you don‚t believe me. Bigfoot/Sasquatch
does exist and I saw it.
Once again, feel free to pass this on to anyone you wish. Public
education is our goal. Ignorance (or fear of the truth) is not bliss.
