Paranormal VS Real Creature

I am not entirely convinced that Bigfoot is a "real" creature, in the sense
that bears and deer are real. Bigfoot *is* a real entity/phenomenon, but is
not necessarily related to (through evolution) other animal inhabitants of
this planet. Bigfoot's apparent ability to elude pursuit and escape
capture, its apparent near invulnerability to firearms, and the absence of
remains (either recently deceased of fossilized) lends many marks of other
paranormal phenomena to them. Plus the fact that some Bigfoot sightings
have other paranormal elements such as self-luminous eyes, electromagnetic
effects, and association with UFO's and other bizarre phenomena lead me to
believe that at least some (but not necessarily all) Bigfoot reports are not
sightings of "real" creatures, but of some kind of paranormal manifestation.
What the true nature of that manifestation might be is up for discussion.
