Meet Erin!
Erin is 15 when this picture was taken. She is now 17 (2010) and is a talented artist. She is gifted in many art mediums including watercolors, assemblage, charcoal, Japanese Anime, & fashion design. In 2008 she discovered her passion for photography. This slide show is some of the photography that she did on her family vacation to Washington DC while only in the 8th grade. She was the third place High School winner in the Chester County Art Exhibit in 2009. She competed against not just fellow freshmen, but against Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors within the county. She is the inspiration as well as the illustrator for our new fiction feature: "Sticky & Ricky"-Coming Soon! December 2010 Meet Sticky.
She
is a junior in high school whose normal teenage exploits and unique story will
clutch at your heart strings as Sticky shares her unique view of the world, her
family, (especially her younger brother, Ricky), and life in general.

More about the illustrator:
Her hobbies are talking on the phone, texting, music, reading, and friends. She likes to write. She was invited to attend a special summer program at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities in Greenville, SC, summer 2009. She is a member of JROTC and on the Raiders Team.
While the idea of becoming a photo journalist is something she has placed on her list of possibilities, she is leaving herself open to other creative mediums including art therapy and perhaps a career in the military. She is one of these kids who wants to try lots of new and exciting options before narrowing down her focus.
